Great company to grow with, can be challenging
Pros
- A lot of space for growth and promotions with the right mindset - Great mentorship opportunity when working directly with the CEO - When I worked there, there were many solid people on the team, professionals with ambitions and a hunger for success - Bi-yearly events in beautiful locations to meet the team in person
Cons
- A lot of micromanagement from the CEO which can be instructive for some but excessive for others - The quick growth sometimes led to certain leaders being unsure and insecure which caused toxicity and mind games at times - The tempo can be grueling and the increasing demand for EST time overlap if not full EST timezone can be taxing for Europeans - There is a big pay gap between the many different locations the company hires in
