-Over worked, underpaid -No HR - HUGE issue, would make inappropriate and unprofessional comments regularly -Little to no boundaries between personal and professional -Offered a “flexible” work schedule but would get mad if you ever tried to make use of it -Promised raises/reviews on a certain timeline and not follow through on it -Preached focus on culture but didn’t follow it -One on ones with management were often cancelled -Preached learning from mistakes but would berate team members for them -Lacked proper employment practices -Terrible benefits -Led through fear and reaction

This company cares more about making money than their employees’ mental health. Employees voiced concerns about being overworked, underpaid, and company culture. No changes were made. Senior leadership failed to set boundaries with clients which led to employee burnout and extreme workloads. This job made me feel like a robot. There was an obvious fear of making mistakes and being publicly embarrassed as a result. Senior leadership preached emotional intelligence but showed narcissistic tendencies. As soon as I was no longer viewed as an asset to the company, I was shut out. I was never offered an exit interview or any sort of thank you for my time. Disappointing and unprofessional.
