I have had the pleasure of working at Digital Third Coast for just over 1 year now, and I can confidently say that it's been incredible! From day one, I was welcomed into this happy and supportive company that truly values every team member and their unique strengths they bring to the table. The company culture is one of my favorite things about DTC. Every individual's unique strengths and successes are consistently being recognized and celebrated. DTC's culture fosters a supportive atmosphere and it's evident in daily interactions, from team meetings to casual conversations in the slack channels. While it's never required to participate in non-work related activities/interactions, it's hard not to find yourself enjoying the many personalities at this company - I genuinely like the people I work with and it makes working here even more special. They've been able to retain some of the best, hard working, quality human beings I've ever met. DTC is also committed to the professional development of it's employees as well. I've been given numerous opportunities to expand my skills and take on new kinds of projects. Whether it's training sessions, conferences you get to attend with your team in a fun city, learn after hours opportunities, and more... DTC has encouraged me to grow in my role and stay updated with the latest industry trends. The leadership at DTC is also one of my favorite things to brag about to others. Between our founders, CEO, and team leads/managers, everyone in charge demonstrates a genuine interest in the well-being of employees. Plus, they're really good at what they do, setting daily examples that are not only consistent and organized, but also motivating. Plus, they prioritize the type and quality of clients we take on. This has shown me how much they prioritize having quality, sustainable and diverse work for the whole company. The regular check-ins create a space for transparent communication, ensuring that every team member's concerns and suggestions are addressed. Honestly, it's really easy to want to work hard for my team and this company! Additionally, the work-life balance here is something to be appreciated. The company recognizes the importance of personal time, and I've always felt supported in maintaining that balance. I could write a novel about the positives that come with being employed at this company. Overall, I'm just truly grateful for DTC and I'm so happy I get to work here.
