Pros

- extremely knowledgeable management and team surrounding each role - actual client success, consistently generating results for clients that aren't underpinned by vanity metrics - it's own technology built in-house to actually show clients where the money has gone, and what the return on investment is - great emphasis on company culture, continually investing time, money and effort into initiatives for improving chemistry and culture - cares about birthdays, anniversaries, company bonding, lunches, work from home budget etc

Cons

- some may wilt in an environment that expects high-quality results and effort

Pros

Always a new challenge to tackle, supportive management, lots of team members to learn from, ability to mold the role

Cons

Any cons that existed when first starting out in the job were ironed out by the company over time. Couldn't actually state any cons

Pros

Entire company culture is dedicated to growth within yourself and your field

Cons

As a smaller business the role can at times require wearing many hats, which may be difficult for those with experience primarily at larger corporations
