Pros
They gave me the chance, and I was happy for that. They seemed patient and offered me good time to get in the job.
Cons
It was not the case anyway. Suddenly they did not have time. It did not help that they lacked projects/assignments and probably a need to count every penny. There were never any detailed or ambitious introduction onboarding plan, at the beginning I was tought by their third employee with three months of seniority, the SEO was away from the office more than two weeks in my first month and a half.
