      Friendly and easy to fit in Good place to have responsibility and autonomy

      After some acquisitions, the company was unable to standardize and make the necessary adjustments to grow the business being forced to let people go

      Pros

      Not alot really, probably a good opportunity to get exposure to stuff at the lower levels as there is little oversight and you will really be thrown in at the deep end. Dont stay too long you could end up bitter and negative,

      Cons

      Company is made up of lots of acquisitions. This results in lots of silos of people doing things "their" way. lots of "yes men" in the management chain. Big talk about budgets available for projects but the money is rarley made available

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time working at DigitalWell. My colleagues were always helpful and my manager was very understanding and supportive. I was given a lot of autonomy, support and flexibility. I learned a lot there.

      Cons

      I have a 1hr commute to the office in Dublin but I am able to work from home most of the time.
