It's unfortunate that you felt you were being micromanaged; given our working from home policy, we pride ourselves on building trust with our employees. It seems that the morning meetings didn't offer support for you; the purpose of these meetings is to provide support and collaboration between fully remote team members to help encourage a team culture and an opportunity to share and learn with one another.
