Pros

I didn't find many upsides.

Cons

Lack of onboarding and documentation over internal processes. Useless 9am daily meetings. Culture of fear and blame, micromanagement. Lack of support, empathy and genuine interest in employees growth and development. Atmosphere of competition rather than collaboration. Threats of performance reviews without clear definition of expectations. Inexperienced management only interested in a top down approach.

Pros

They offer hybrid working to accomodate both office and home working, Management are flexible when it comes to time off / appointments and foster a fun / comfortable working environment where you feel comfortable to speak to your line manager. When working in the office everyone has the opportunity to get together and have a chat at lunch whilst listening to music and playing games. The CEO and CTO are very approchable and often sit with staff to talk and sometimes treat staff to lunch. From my interview to employment i have always felt valued and what was offered and spoke of has come to be. They are always open to new ideas and want to hear our perspectives so they can always improve their company service for their customers and staff.

Cons

Honestly currently i cannot say there are any con's.
