Pros
Really friendly atmosphere You get to find all kinds of people, really different but co-existing and having fun You're on your own, you have your space to get your job done without being monitored all the time- so as long as the job is done they're happy and you're happy too.
Cons
You might hardly get to be a part of important meetings/ Business pitches unless you've a managerial role. So you might miss out on some exposure/ learning there.
