Benefits are a little pricey with the pay rate.

-Management and some upper level coworkers can be rude when asking questions for something you weren't trained for -No room for growth or learning outside your position -Pay isnt great although its not like the work is too hard

Constantly run out of work and then get yelled at for lack of productivity, clients are being outsourced to Lithuania

Unhealthy place to work. Unrealistic expectations. Horrible management. Minimum pay. You are not allowed to think for yourself. Your past experience means nothing. They stalk your errors to hunt you like wolves. You literally become their pray.

Low pay. Need a second income unless you live in the Midwest or south. Very little room for fast growth.

Management is terrible. PTO is always denied while they are allowed to vacation for weeks at a time. When you ask for help in the chat response time is long and hard to understand. They communicate very poorly and even have Spanish managers that can’t comprehend well which makes it harder to communicate. They definitely need to try something different at this company. It sucks !
