      - Data heavy project - migrations / modernization - thats a plus - More exposure from production side developements - Best for Learning

      Cons

      - Favour based project allocations - Management seems not to care what's happening at the floor - Micro-management from senior devs, needs some flexibility - Managers thinks they own the company & people as well

      no job security - Not a good company , laid off whole Data engineer team , almost 40 people due to no project
