Management like to change working format every month. Company politic, like to push responsibility. No work life balance at all, like to spam whatsapp group after working hour. No annual leave feel, a lot message during on leave. 24 hours standby. No proper system in this company. Different system use in each department, no linking at all lead to double triple jobs.
