Pros
Love the people I get to work with every day and the flexibility to work from home many days of the week. It's really exciting to work on many different projects at a time and to feel like you make a difference for so many organizations. Felt super supported through all the ups and downs of the pandemic.
Cons
Some days, it is really fast-paced! I personally don't think it is a con because I like that energy but it is definitely sometime to know for new hires.
