Chaotic work environment with no processes or direction. Leadership is unprofessional, reactive, and prone to favoritism rather than merit. Zero respect for employee time. Overwork is expected, and boundaries are ignored. No growth, no mentorship, no learning opportunities. Communication is toxic, feedback comes as criticism, never as guidance. High attrition is the norm, not the exception.

Where do I start? I worked there back in 2019, not 2021. Everyone is just toxic and nasty, which is why the attrition rate was as bad as it was - No editor would last for more than a few months A lot of yelling and throwing stuff at people No opportunity to learn anything whatsoever Boss uses editors as manual labourers really Back in the Ghaziabad office, even the washroom facilities were awful
