Pros

Tea and coffee sometimes provided. Located on high street (easy access to shops and parking). Working from home during covid 19.

Cons

Expected to take on additional work and not paid or valued for it. Difficult management that contribute to a toxic and bulling work environment. Little to no support when work load is increased. Paid minimum wage and told not to expect any pay review. They hire externally for management roles so progression is near impossible. High stress levels and getting burnt out is common.

Pros

Day off for your birthday if it falls on a week day. No other pros

Cons

Incompetent CEO and Exec, that have practically ran the business into the crowd (Direct Life would have gone bust if it hadn't been for an acquisition in 2021). Poor pay, statutory benefits: statutory minimum holiday allowance, no sick pay, statutory redundancy and statutory maternity. Poor service to customers, who are leaving in their drones. Staff worked to exhaustion.
