Pros

The ability to work from home and other remote locations with to fit your schedule and comfortability.

Cons

There are a lot of technical difficulties with their implemented calling system; company communications, and operations. This company frequently runs out of client leads; and when there are no leads; their employees can’t earn wages which makes it an undependable source of income. Communication is very poor within this organization, and for the small wage they pay; they want you to do full time work and beyond for part-time hours; without benefits. This company doesn’t offer any benefits to its many research interviewers; and doesn’t effectively plan or train employees in an efficient manner. The managers leave work around 1:00 and conduct most of their business via Skype groups. If your looking to supplement your income; this company is an ok fit however; there is no guarantee that you will ever have a steady income. Management caters to those employees that suck up to them; and put up with their excuses unprofessionalism, unorganization, and other lies and deceit.

Disappointing

Pros

A great opportunity for workaholics!

Cons

Only three actual FT employees so it's extremely difficult to take a vacation without worry. Witnessed a conversation where a client was told that an employee was to blame for an error rather than taking responsibility as a company. Disgruntled employees spoke negatively behind each others' backs making it very uncomfortable.

Pros

You make your own schedule when there is work, usually understanding of health issues/schedule changes, work from the comfort of your own home

Cons

Mental abuse by supervisor, can’t ask questions without feeling incompetent, can’t bring up anything without being scolded for doing so (script errors, connection issues), hot-headed and overwhelmed supervisor, they can and will replace you
