      Great people tough work environment

      Pros

      DA has amazing employees who work hard and know what they are doing. Teamwork and going above and beyond is what they do. I have never worked for a team that had each others backs the way they do at DA.

      Cons

      Tough management, the work environment is rough and I didn't feel valued. I gave 110% every single day and never felt like it was enough. I cringe if one of my kids called to ask me a question for 2 min. Turn around is insane. In the 15 months I worked there I can't count how many people came and went due to management. The CFO Mark is an amazing guy but he can only protect the employees so much. I was ok while I was working there, it wasn't until I was gone that I realized how much I was working in fear every single day.

      Pros

      The people who work there work harder than any people I’ve ever known. They want so badly for their teams to succeed but it is never enough. The camaraderie among the staff is due to trying to survive together, and bonding over the mistreatment. If they had the right leadership, they would be unstoppable.

      Cons

      Leadership is hypercritical, condescending, and will never put you first or protect you no matter the years or loyalty you’ve put in. Self interests before all, and they will talk badly about employees in front of others or to clients. The morality is low and ethics are questionable among top dog. Doesn’t know the good people he had, and has now lost.
