DA has some of the best co-workers and leaders I have had the pleasure to work with. Everyone is understanding and aims to boost each other to achieve one's full potential in the company.

Would like some more transperancy in matters of office changes and plans. There are tons of career opportunities but do not expect them to be given to you. You must actively be searching for these.

As a small business, DA gives its employees opportunities to engage in work and with upper management that they would not have at other larger companies. Management seeks to continually improve (processes, skills, and communication) on a daily basis and take a vested interest in the development of the agency's employees. Multiple avenues for employees to explore interests across departments within the agency through crosstraining. All coworkers are fantastic people to work with. DA is a highly professional environment with few distractions, and management is adamant about the proper maintenance of a work-life balance for all employees. Being asked to work late hours or over the weekend is extremely rare.

Fast paced environment requires an excellent ability to multitask. Feedback is constant and always intended to improve performance going forward. Not everyone can differentiate between constructive criticism and a personal attack, so individuals who struggle with this have a difficult time at the agency.
