Professional office in a good area. Good staff. Family friendly work environment

Cons

Less than stellar training and unsympathetic management team. Micro-managers. Make a mistake and you will have it hung over you. Very limited chance to advance. Significant hires are brought in from the outside

Side to side, coworkers are great and very helpful. They are honest and have integrity and often seemed to struggle with the same frustrations with upper management as entry level employees experienced.

Cons

Awful upper management. Extremely low pay, with extremely high expectations. They're cheap.

Pros

DA has amazing employees who work hard and know what they are doing. Teamwork and going above and beyond is what they do. I have never worked for a team that had each others backs the way they do at DA.

Cons

Tough management, the work environment is rough and I didn't feel valued. I gave 110% every single day and never felt like it was enough. I cringe if one of my kids called to ask me a question for 2 min. Turn around is insane. In the 15 months I worked there I can't count how many people came and went due to management. The CFO Mark is an amazing guy but he can only protect the employees so much. I was ok while I was working there, it wasn't until I was gone that I realized how much I was working in fear every single day.
