Pros

Some nice people, nice to be able to manage own workload with minimal micro-managing.

Cons

Obvious favouritism. Blind eye turned to bullying. Low pay - considering that it can be quite stressful when speaking to clients. Poor attitude towards mental health. Managers not adhering to confidentiality. Lack of professional developmemt/progression/proper training. What started off as a nice place to work developed into a toxic environment.
