Pros

- Experience was not required to get a position. - The job experience got me a new, better job. - The people I worked with were great (minus the "CEO"/owner). - I usually never had to do overtime, even though I was "on call 24/7" without accepting to be on call all the time.

Cons

Pretty much everything. The compensation was bad and did not nearly fit the required job responsibilities. The stress was crazy high along with the work load. Promises were not the only thing broken; the culture was in need of extreme improvement despite the people being great.

Experience is required to get the job. We've never hired a software developer without experience and them knowing how to code. We have no training program to teach someone to be coder. So, this is obviously not true. While we appreciate feedback, and always address concerns when warranted. In your specific case we do not agree with your assessment. Good luck with everything!
