Pros
Every day is an exciting one, there is so much going on at Disa. The fast-paced environment is great for growth-mindset individuals. Senior leadership tries to provide WLB with generally working only half days on Fridays. For a startup, they pride themselves in being able to provide 401k matching, medical insurance and PTO.
Cons
Some days can go long due to the nature of Disa's fast-paced startup environment. The learning curve can be very steep if you are not very familiar with minerals processing.
