Leader is a true nightmare. So frustrating working for someone so incompetent with absolutely no self-awareness. You will want to pull your hair out within 3 weeks and question the competence of the Board that hired them.

Current leader is not a servant leader. Talks down to you and never gives you time to finish your work. Does not lift employees up. Morale is terrible. Leader will schedule an hour meeting and will drag it into four hours then say you’re not getting any work done. Works behind people’s backs and takes all the credit for everyone else’s work. Disrespectful to employees and takes her husband’s advice frequently on how to run the business. Clearly clueless.
