I have been employed with Discover Group for approximately 2 years now and have had a very positive experience. I had no experience in this line of work prior to being hired, but that didn't matter to them. This company wants to hire the right people, if you are hardworking, willing to learn quickly and able to pivot at a moments notice you will do well. There is no cap on your success, there is always room for growth. If you pay attention, there is much to learn. They are very flexible with time off and paid holidays.
