please be advised, this company commands its employees to write fake positive reviews under threat of repercussion this is definitely not somewhere you want to work if you aren't straight out of college and looking to party for a bit

Cons

shady management, cult-like, sweatshop type atmosphere. gaslighting. delusional CEO. the only people who stay there are forced to because the company owns their visas. if you try and leave they will threaten you and screw you over. happened to every single person who tried to leave. reported to the BBB several times because this isn't how you do business. they will no doubt get what's coming to them. turnover rate of 90%

I have had a great experience with Discover International, working specifically in their Contract division, within the Client Development group, with the opportunity to learn from senior people who have previously worked within the life science industry. The contract team has 3 main areas for people to work within, pure recruitment, 360 recruitment, or pure business development. You get the chance to work alongside and cross functionally with the teams in London, Krakow & Leeds, with frequent travel to work with the different offices. It not only gives the opportunity to build your own market and desk, but also become an entrepreneur within business and understand the inner workings of the running of a business.

Cons

The business has gone through huge growth and is still internalizing some of their functions which were previously outsourced.
