Pros
Small and family owned and operated. A great coffee education program, constant growth and expansion, lots of freedoms offered to entry level staff (no dress code, ability to choose music in the cafes) A good amount of free company events. Flexible scheduling.
Cons
Small and family owned and operated. (Yes it is both a pro and a con in some cases) Due to the constant and rapid rate of growth and expansion there have been endless issues. “Growing Pains” if you will. Current employees LOVE the company, but former employees (due to termination or voluntary resignation) tend to have a more negative opinion. There is also a rollercoaster of public opinion around the company specifically from other Coffee Companies in the local industry.
