Pros

Clients and coworkers are great! Great way to quickly accumulate hours and experience as an associate.

Cons

Admin is the problem. Get ready for chaos, inconsistency, lack of structure, stress, high turnover, and ethical concerns. High caseloads and long hours for minimal pay. There’s a reason they are always hiring.

Pros

I had a really good team. The benefits weren't bad

Cons

Direct Quotation from CEO “I’m concerned that we aren’t aligned because you place your ethics code above our company policies.” This was said to me in a meeting with facility leadership and HR after I submitted a formal letter of concern. I resigned during that meeting. As a former therapist, I cannot recommend this facility in good conscience. My standard of care is simple: Would I allow a member of my own family to be treated here? The answer is no. During my time there, I witnessed repeated incidents that put clients at risk: physical violence, property theft, drugs brought onsite, HIPAA and privacy violations, medications going missing, firearms stored at the facility, overcrowded and unsanitary living conditions, and clients discouraged by admissions from getting their prescribed psychiatric medications leading to hospitalizations. While many therapists, nurses, and support staff genuinely care — and the chef does provide excellent meals — none of this outweighs the risks created by leadership decisions. I raised these concerns in writing, citing ethical obligations to protect client safety and dignity. Rather than address them, I was accused of misconduct and told my ethics code was less important than company policy. That is why I chose to resign.
