Pros
Nothing Good to say about the company. The only good thing is good projects from WB etc.. but nothing you can learn
Cons
Everything is a con here, except animators and texture artists every one does robotic job of pressing buttons of scripts to do the work faster. This make production faser, but from an artist point of view, its a sad thing timings are 10 hrs a day. no saturdays off and most of the time you have to work even on sundays No particular date for salary Very low salaries. very very low. Even most experienced get very little No life and work management Most of the Team Leaders no nothing but they are TL's.
