Pros

- great work-life balance - Incredibly collaborative culture. There's always someone willing to help when you're stuck, and open discussion is highly encouraged - excellent learning opportunities backed by a generous annual learning allowance, plus plenty of people invested in helping with career development - strong commitment to transparency and collaboration - great social environment with monthly team gatherings and optional weekly activities like yoga, running, and monthly board game nights!!! - weekly lunch credits - strong feedback culture - The Sydney office is well-located with plenty of food options nearby for those who work onsite - very inclusive atmosphere! Displayr has a multicultural environment with genuine respect for different identities and cultural backgrounds.

Cons

Legacy monolithic codebase and significant technical debt slow development considerably. It's a complex system that requires considerable time and context to navigate and modernize.

Pros

- A CEO that genuinely cares about employees and annually asks for their feedback and ideas, in person, on what we could improve. Never experienced that before! - Consistently in the high 80's-90's in the quarterly engagement survey - Collaborative and genuinely friendly employees who are invested in the success of the platform - Flexible working - you're given a lot of trust and autonomy to work in a way that suits you including part-time working - CEO that values transparency, accountability, and excellence - Lots of knowledge and information sharing throughout the business - Generous annual learning allowance - Weekly 1:1's and quarterly OKR's means all feedback is in real-time - Laid back and casual work environment, no dress code - Weekly yoga, onsite tennis court, pool and ping pong table - Respectful of personal time - work events tend to be within working hours, and you're not expected to work late or on days you're not meant to be working, which is refreshing! - A grown-up place to work that allows you to balance your personal life with your career which is really why employees are loyal and score highly with GPTW etc. - Partnering with Work180 on DEI - the company is invested in getting it right as it grows with diversity, equity and inclusivity as a focus - Generous parental leave of 14 weeks - 6 weekly all hands meeting

Cons

- Some parts of the business have manual systems (which are being updated) - Thorough interview process that takes time - although it is effective!
