      Pros

      I have enjoyed my time at Disruptive. They have put together a great team and they have figured out how to collaborate effectively remotely across the United States. The salary and benefits are fair, especially if you live in a cheaper part of the country

      Cons

      It can sometimes feel isolating to work remotely but they encourage a very active communication strategy.

      The team was really great to work with, with an interesting project. I also appreciated a lot the culture of the company

      Some production pipeline can be improved to make Art departement more efficient.
