Great place to work remotely - Senior Technical Game Designer Disruptive Games Employee Review

I have worked for Disruptive for about a year. The company is full of kind talented people. I have worked at a handful of different companies but never had such a positive experience with so many of the people in the company.

There are not many cons that come to mind. Overall it is a great place to work.

The team is passionate and knowledgeable. Everyone is a gamer and knows the industry inside and out. Both engineering the engineering team and art teams are built by exceptional people with decades of experience. Leadership is open and honest and each person's opinions are actually taken into consideration.

Small team so generalists are useful. The company has grown dramatically over my tenure so specialists will hopefully be a better fit for some roles.
