Pros
The team is passionate and knowledgeable. Everyone is a gamer and knows the industry inside and out. Both engineering the engineering team and art teams are built by exceptional people with decades of experience. Leadership is open and honest and each person's opinions are actually taken into consideration.
Cons
Small team so generalists are useful. The company has grown dramatically over my tenure so specialists will hopefully be a better fit for some roles.

Pros
I have enjoyed my time at Disruptive. They have put together a great team and they have figured out how to collaborate effectively remotely across the United States. The salary and benefits are fair, especially if you live in a cheaper part of the country
Cons
It can sometimes feel isolating to work remotely but they encourage a very active communication strategy.
