Proactive, Fast passed where they take people for what they do and not for what title they might have. Where actions take more than a piece of paper, where connections don't mean anything if you cannot hold your weight.
Cons
Not a thing to do with the company, but the whole economic situation of the country due to the socio-political instability created by the Government
