      Pros

      Great for freshers, as they provide multiple opportunities to learn and enhance knowledge in different domains of projects with different technologies, you can get a good exposure to new technical stack at a very early age of your career.

      Cons

      Small company, work around service based companies, to crack the client you will need to go through multiple rounds of interview process, because of lack of resources, you may end up working in more then one project at a time.
