Pros
The people are very nice. Almost like a family environment, we're all working towards a common goal. There is a lot to learn about the industry.
Cons
The pay is terrible. Raises are not substantial no matter how much you progress and improve. A lot of slack is given to coworkers. A lot of people take advantage and do bare minimum, creating an unfair environment. There is a very high turnover rate. Moral is always low. No real motivation for working hard and excelling at your job. Everyone's raise is the same, despite a review process and differences in work ethic. Lots of engineering problems.
