They pride themselves on having Core values but when it comes to actually putting them into action it's all words and no action. They hire outside firms to try and tell them how to do business and it's actually been detrimental to the attitudes and the way the company operates. They waste your time with you addressing problems and then never seem to fix them or come up with a solution for them. CEO is out of touch with his employees and when asked for a reasoning behind something hides behind HR and other departments. Senior Vice President is worried about what is written on Glassdoor that he will call other employees to post positive reviews so that it does not look like a toxic place to work. Cannot have confidence in any co-worker because they will end up running to your manager or HR to state what you have said. This is a toxic culture that has been promoted by the CEO and leadership. Do not believe them when they tell you there is low turnover, there is nothing but high turnover due to lack of leadership, toxic culture, and unethical employees.

Same positions are paid unequally and they will get rid of you if you talk about it, leadership is going backwards and has a negative outlook on remote work which is sad because they have out of state employees, team leads and managers are overworked and cannot manage properly because of it, technology is ify at best, good people are starting to leave due to poor management, producers are allowed to treat team members like trash and they do nothing about it (I saw 3 people leave because of one person), no consistency even though they preach it - teams do thing differently constantly. There is so much micromanaging and no leading. They utilize a platform called EOS which is awful and accomplished next to nothing. Poor performing employees are rewarded with raises. So many meetings, hours of meetings a week for everyone. CEO likes to tell everyone what they want to hear, but doesn't stand by his word.
