      Cons

      Not full time even if hired full time. Track your hours and check closely. There is no chance for promotion.

      You obtain field experience and they hire with little to no experience

      Cons

      Pay not fair, expect you to use personal vehicle, no reimbursement for gas/mileage rules change often owner will harass you to make you quit once she no longer likes you
