Pros
Pays a decent entry level. Modern environment and friendly bunch of people to work with, you don’t have to wait long before you’re laughing.
Cons
Only basic holidays plus bank holidays, the statuary minimum requirement. No annual pay increase which is a pretty big con as this is certainly a reason to seek alternative employment if staff don’t feel valued.
