Will terminate you with no warning whatsoever! If you work there, you should continue to look for work! No loyalty to their employees at all. They will work you "into the ground". They feel they own you and ALL of your time when they hire you. They put up a "good front" the first week or two you are there, but then you start to see the reality-quickly! They do have a place on site to eat lunch, but don't count on having time to eat. You will also have customer complaints from a very slow moving Accounting Department. Watch your pay very carefully as well. They are more concerned about working you than paying you. Makes little difference, as you will rarely have time off to spend what you make.

I was hired on as a facilities manager, with the exception of having to personally work for the owner Greg Lala. He is very demanding and egotistical. He is always write and with no respect of the employees opinion. I was under the impression that I would work just at the dealership. The company haves a very high turn around. THE GREAT EMPLOYEES DESERVE BETTER. THIS IS WHY THEY ALL RESIGN.
