Pros
There's a few great employees that work there. Some are very easy to get along with and are hard working, loyal employees.
Cons
I was hired on as a facilities manager, with the exception of having to personally work for the owner Greg Lala. He is very demanding and egotistical. He is always write and with no respect of the employees opinion. I was under the impression that I would work just at the dealership. The company haves a very high turn around. THE GREAT EMPLOYEES DESERVE BETTER. THIS IS WHY THEY ALL RESIGN.
