Very disorganized.

The pay as an installer is okay, but it could be better. •They have trucks somewhat stocked

Cons

•Jobs could be sold the day prior, but you as an installer do not have any clue what they are or what city they will be in. • The office is so disorganized that you will be on a job that will take all day and yet they will pull you to go drive somewhere else and send another guy to your location to finish up. • They have salesmen who will sell things just to increase their numbers. They won't even take time to assess an issue, take good photos, document anything, or even mention the sizing of material and they get paid substantially more just for leaving you with a mess to clean up.

Pros

Finally found a plumbing company that cares about its employees. They train you before they even put you in a truck. I know the expectations of the company before being set out on my own. They really pour themselves into the training process and get to know you. And it doesn't stop there. They continue to support you and check in with you to make sure your doing well. They truly want to see you succeed.

Not your average plumbing company

Pros

The owner and his wife are the type of people to remember your kids name, when they ask you how you are doing they genuinely care about your well being, if you go home sick they’ll send you chicken noodle soup and check up on you. I’ve worked at another plumbing shop prior to arriving to do it right and I felt like another number but here at do it right plumbers it truly does feel like family. Thank you Edan and Megan
