Pros
The pay as an installer is okay, but it could be better.
•They have trucks somewhat stocked
Cons
•Jobs could be sold the day prior, but you as an installer do not have any clue what they are or what city they will be in.
• The office is so disorganized that you will be on a job that will take all day and yet they will pull you to go drive somewhere else and send another guy to your location to finish up.
• They have salesmen who will sell things just to increase their numbers. They won't even take time to assess an issue, take good photos, document anything, or even mention the sizing of material and they get paid substantially more just for leaving you with a mess to clean up.
