      Pros

      Great coworkers, opportunities to switch careers. It's wonderful if you have the right site staff.

      Cons

      Corporate is greedy and withholding. Raises are rare and they will even fight you on getting resident referral bonuses if you are an employee. Inflexible about work/life matters.

      Pros

      Fast paced, lots of interacting with residents and public providing tours. several areas of job were fun and quite fulfilling. Useful and interesting free educational courses to ensure your knowledge of the industry or to obtain career advancement. Ongoing training programs/zoom interactive meetings etc.. was something they did very well

      Cons

      -Severe and pervasive toxic work environment, albeit property site specific due to certain property managers. One in particular is consistently unable to retain support staff, groundskeeper, maintenance technician etc.. and has a turnover rate that is simply astonishing due to her extremely abusive manipulative personality. Owners and Corporate office staff are professional and friendly one is left to wonder if they truly know just how bad it is.

      Pros are they offer great training, rental comps, growth within the company, flexible

      Cons

      Many departments expecting a lot from you, pulled in different directions. No annual raises or pay upgrades. Bonus structure hard to meet.
