Pros
If I were a customer I would be completely happy. The services offered are top of the line. Jet peel amazing, tan with care also offered is great. Pro as an underpaid and under appreciated employee would be free services when you can get squeezed in on occasion. Also - the customers are very nice.
Cons
The boss favors those who schmooze and agree on everything. So long as you are early for work and don't speak your mind when you have a good idea then life is great. If you focus on your work and go above and beyond but make suggestions or are assertive as opposed to compliant .... Don't bother. Your pay check will not get better and once they have had enough of you,,,,a "mutual" separation is "agreed" upon.
