      Lack of respect

      Pros

      Money never runs out even though our product sucks, so it can keep feeding useless leaders.

      Cons

      - Lack of respect for staff members, except those who are part of the inner circle - No WFH - terrible employee benefits - previous CEO unknowingly created an inner circle which current CEO is still not undoing it.

      Pros

      1. Wonderful colleagues that always support each other and strives to bring new ideas to the table. 2. Flexible working hours even though the WFH policy was ended by the new CEO. Still, a huge plus compared to other companies 3. Competitive salary

      Cons

      1. Lack of direction from management team. It is up to the department leads and individual contributors to make the difference. 2. Instability. A new CEO almost every year or two. The latest CEO went on a firing spree and had paycut for overseas office. While it is justifiable to some extent due to the company's unprofitability, the execution can be done much much better. 3. Sub-par health benefits, despite the fact that we are affiliated to a private hospital.

      No direction, everyone is clueless on what to do

      Pros

      - Very nice co-workers - Used to have a good CPO, but he left - Used to have good work-life balance with flexible work hours, but now that is gone

      Cons

      - Bad company benefits, especially medical coverage. Don't even have health screening package, even though the company is under Raffles Medical Group - Bad management with no clear direction at all
