      Flexibility Generally nice colleagues Free snacks That's it

      Cons

      The CEO is personally blaming and threatening people all the time. The wrong management propagates down to all layers of hierarchy within the company. Mostly wrong people get promoted because the good ones leave soon. Chaotic environment where it is not possible to produce with quality. Not the place to stay for long if you want to stay mentally healthy.

      - Bad work environment and conditions - Poor management. - No clear strategy or vision - No employee motivation plan. Many people are unmotivated to perform well at their jobs mainly due to constant changes and no clear strategy. - Not much trust in employees. - People are hired and fired at will with no real effort in making sure that people are able to perform well at their jobs. - Very high employee turnover.
