You get to interact with dogs Some opportunity for raises but not much
Cons
Often times you’re left responsible for 30+ dogs with no handler due to staffing issues/unreliable staff Other employees never held accountable for short comings also due to staff shortages Lack of managerial support as there is hardly a manager on site Overworked for any major holiday and left to do most of the work alone
