Senior staff often behave as if they are superior to everyone else and struggle to collaborate effectively. Salaries are frequently delayed, sometimes by three to four months. There are no raises, and employees are underpaid. The office environment is highly toxic; even the physical workspace feels unwelcoming, noisy, and constantly disruptive. Management pretends to care, but their actions suggest otherwise. There is little opportunity to learn from projects, as the primary focus is on meeting deadlines under intense pressure, often requiring weekend work.
