Cute dogs, seemed like a fun culture

Cons

Management was very sporadic in interview. I was offered the job via an Indeed message that I did not see because I was out of town and not actively checking Indeed for a weekend. I received no actual offer letter, e-mail or phone call and I got back to them a couple days later via Indeed and they ghosted me. Never heard another word.

Constant turnover, the pay is not equal to the expectation of availability (6a-9p for management), not all GMs are supportive, prioritize revenue over safety every time until they have to pay a vet bill and decide to listen. Upper management and support office have absolutely zero dog handling experience but they make the policy, special treatment for whoever will do what they're told without questioning safety, my GM looked to talk badly about other staff and created hostility, she was unavailable unless you called her boss, and she violated policies for her own benefit
