Pros

Good working space Lift availability Parking facilities Cab facility There are very few good people but manageable

Cons

Management doesn't know how to treat employees They treat the housekeeping/ support staffs way better than employees They don't mind removing an employee but never removes ill mannered support staff even if they cause discomfort or constantly disrespect the employees The Director's communication often lacks clarity and has to improve English - ASAP Targeted criticism or even termination Terrible people in there to be really honest
